Dear colleagues,

The FNRS is proposing a new funding programme in Humanities and Social Sciences (SHS) entitled "WelCHANGE". The objective of this initiative is to allow the development of projects in strategic societal themes, such as major transitions, as well as the emergence of interdisciplinary approaches. These projects, which may be single or multi-university, must be led by a principal promoter in SHS, in possible collaboration with co-promoters from other universities in Life Sciences or Natural Sciences. In practice, the WelCHANGE FNRS programme offers financial support over 4 years, including operating costs, personnel costs and small equipment.

More information on the call and its procedures can be found on Infofin, the ULB database of research funding sources. The University strongly encourages you to submit projects corresponding to the themes when the call opens on 6 April. Your ULB-TTO advisor is at your disposal to answer your questions and assist you in the submission process (first draft to be sent to the TTO before 08/05/23 at 2pm at the latest).
