A sociologist graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and holder of a Master's degree in Social Sciences Research (UBA), he is currently a PhD candidate in a joint supervision program between UBA and the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) in Paris, France.

He teaches in the Sociology Department at the Faculty of Social Sciences of UBA and is a researcher at the Instituto de Investigaciones Gino Germani (IIGG - UBA). He is also a member of the Centre Maurice Halbwachs (CNRS-ENS-EHESS) and the Book and Publishing Studies Program at the Centro de Investigaciones Sociales (IDES-CONICET).

His Master's thesis, dedicated to the study of the publishing market, received a jury recommendation for publication and is currently in press. His research focuses on the book market for spirituality and personal well-being, as well as the relationships between contemporary spiritual ideas and political actors.
