Veronika Soukupová
Veronika Soukupová is an art historian, PhD candidate, and lecturer at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague (UMPRUM). Her research focuses on the history of textile art and design in East-Central Europe in the twentieth century. She is participating in the research project Sites of Creativity. Applied Arts Education: Constructing Identities, Saving the Past, and Designing the Future (UMPRUM, 2023–2027) and is a network member of the Getty Connecting Art Histories project Modernism’s Future Pasts: Abstraction and Identity in 'East-Central Europe', 1910-1930s.
