Ornella Rovetta
Ornella Rovetta holds a PhD in History from the Université libre de Bruxelles and is a researcher at the State Archives of Belgium as part of the research project “Résolution-Métis.” She is the author of Un génocide au tribunal. Le Rwanda et la justice internationale (2019) and co-editor, with Pieter Lagrou, of Defeating Impunity, Attempts at International Justice in Europe since 1914 (2021).
Her research focuses on the history of international justice and Central Africa. She is a member of the Centre for Research on Modern and Contemporary Worlds (ULB) and teaches legal history at UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles.
