Neira Sabanovic
PhD Student
Neira Sabanovic is a PhD student in political science at the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Université libre de Bruxlles and is affiliated to the Centre d'Etude de la Vie Politique (CEVIPOL). During her studies in political science at the ULB, she focused her research on the Western Balkans region, in particular in her master thesis on the instrumentalization of ethnic identities in the political discourse of Milorad Dodik in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Neira Sabanovic holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the Université libre de Bruxelles and is currently an FNRS aspirant at CEVIPOL, where she is working on her thesis on the mobilization of collective memory in the political discourse of fear in the Western Balkans.
