Anthropologist working on gender, migration and intimacy, I conducted investigations in post-Soviet spaces (Russia, Belarus, Ukraine), France and Belgium. Currently, my work is expanding to West Africa (Mauritania) and Southeast Asia (Malaysia), where I focus on North-South mobility through the lens of transnational conjugality. My research sheds light on the global transformation of intimacy and the reconfiguration of power relations, from an intimate, intersectional, and gender perspective.
