Chenchen Zhang

Chenchen Zhang was a postdoc researcher at EASt from 2018 to 2019. She is an Assistant Professor in International Relations at Durham University, where she is director of the Centre for Contemporary Chinese Studies. Among other things, her current research is focused on postcolonial nationalism, digital narratives in China, and the global right. She is a co-editor of Geopolitics and an editorial team member of Made in China Journal. She is a co-host of the Shicha podcast.
