Looking for a film editor - URGENT!

We are looking for a film editor and post-production team to work a short deadline project to begin in mid-October. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we are looking for someone to begin as soon as possible. It is for a documentary film with an estimated final length of between 20-40 min.

As it is a multilingual film, the editor will work closely with the director. We recently received a grant for post-production support, but part of the grant requirements is to have the film completed by the end of the year which is getting to be a tight deadline. We are estimating editing to take around 15 full days. We would like to begin in mid-October with a rough cut to be completed by mid-November to allocate time for sound design, color grading, and subtitling.
