Engsone Sisomphone

Doctoral visiting candidate

Engsone Sisomphone is a doctoral visiting candidate at LAMC-ULB, who is registered for a PhD student of Philosophy in Social Sciences, at the faculty of Social Sciences (FSS), National University of Laos (NUOL). She hold a MA in Sustainable Development, at RCSD CMU, Thailand. She is being a lecturer, the main job is teaching BA students, and an advisor for both MA and BA students at the FSS, NUOL for doing their theses “specific on gender/women”. Beside these, she conduct the research and working as a consultant with INGO in Laos in the field that related to gender/women/community development. She is also a trainer on the GBV, and GEDSI. In addition, she served as a leader/contactor on the small projects with local people, particularly women to help them improve their everyday lives, include preservation and extension for ethnic women skills and craft; craft product improvement and market linkage for multi-community craft women and craft exhibition.
