EASt was represented at the World Congress of the International Sociological Association, which took place in Toronto on July 15-July 21. Lisa Richaud presented her paper "Rural Migrant Mental Health in Shanghai: Urban Transformations, Stress, and the Management of Subjectivity", in a panel entitled "Social Environment, Social Stress and Coping".
