I received my PhD in history from the Université Libre de Bruxelles with a thesis investigating Lithuanian propaganda and crowdfunding campaigns from 1900 to 1923 with a special focus on diaspora communities. Currently a postdoctoral researcher, I work on the Polish case of building and selling a nation. More broadly, I am interested in histories of East Central Europe in global perspective, the entrepreneurial side of nationalism as well as war to peace transitions.
