Myriam Fayad

Research and Teaching Assistant

Myriam is a Syrian-Italian PhD candidate, studying rural livelihoods and access to resources in the Jordan Valley. For her Master thesis, she conducted ethnographic research in Northern Lebanon, where she explored the livelihood strategies of Syrian refugees and the role of networks in navigating the informal labor market.

Outside books and papers, she enjoyes cycling, loves baba ghannouj and she is always happy to share a good coffee.
